All services are backed by our Free Callback Guarantee — if pests return between treatments, so do we at no additional charge. Monthly payments are billed in 12 equal installments of $30 per service. Yearly prepayment covers a full 12 months of service at $360 per service with no monthly billing.
Semi-Annual Option: Household Pest Control and Yard Pest Control are serviced twice per year. Instead of monthly payments or a yearly lump sum, you may also choose to pay $180 at the time of each semi-annual visit — same total cost, paid in two installments.
Termite Bond Note: The monthly or yearly Termite Bond payment covers the ongoing bond itself. It does not include the cost of initial bond installation or any extermination required prior to starting the bond. Please contact us for a free evaluation to determine if your home qualifies and to get a quote for any required pre-treatment work.
