The Threat
Protection You Can Depend On
Our bonds are specifically structured to cover the most common and damaging species in our area: the Eastern Subterranean Termite and the highly aggressive Formosan Termite.
A mature Formosan colony can contain millions of insects and consume up to 13 ounces of wood every single day. Because termites work around the clock without stopping, passive protection isn't enough — you need an active system.
Your home is your most significant financial investment. Our Damage and Retreatment Bond ensures that investment is protected even after the bond is in place.
Damage & Retreatment Bond
What your bond covers once it is active
Targeted Retreatment
If termite activity is discovered during your active bond period, we will conduct all necessary retreatments at no extra cost.
Damage Repair
Should covered termite damage occur after the bond is in place, we will repair damaged structural components and interior finishes up to the bond limit.
The Technology
How It Works: Trelona® ATBS® Bait Stations
We use the industry-leading Trelona® Advance® Termite Bait System — a smart, science-backed approach that eliminates entire colonies before they can damage your home.
01
Strategic Installation
Bait stations are installed around your home's perimeter, spaced 10–20 feet apart and flush with the soil — so they reach termites without interfering with your lawnmower. A Quik-lock cap keeps bait secure, protecting children and pets.
02
Irresistible Bait
Stations are filled with a specialized Puri-cel cellulose matrix that termites actually prefer over your home's wood. Research shows termites find Trelona stations in just 8 days on average.
03
The Domino Effect
Termites feed on the bait and leave a pheromone trail back to the nest, recruiting more and more colony members to the station — accelerating the elimination process.
04
Colony Elimination
The active ingredient Novaluron stops the termites' vital molting process. As more of the colony feeds, termites begin to die off — leading to complete colony elimination.
What to Expect
Our Termite Bond Process
Our program is built around a proactive annual inspection and treatment schedule, designed to maintain a consistent protective barrier around your property year after year.
Getting started is simple — it begins with a free, no-obligation evaluation to assess your home's current condition and determine eligibility.
Free Initial Evaluation
Our technician thoroughly surveys your home for any signs of past or current termite activity. This inspection is completely free and comes with no obligation.
Bond & Installation
Once you're ready to move forward, we install your Trelona ATBS bait stations around the property and officially initiate your termite bond.
Annual Renewal & Inspection
Each year, a pest management professional returns to inspect for new or recurring activity and perform routine maintenance on your bait stations — keeping your protection active all year long.
